Quality is a must in today’s time. Since radiator works in critical mining, generators, and railways which are very critical and we cannot afford any downtime. We at Abhay Radiator make sure the best in class raw material as per international standards is used.
Our Quality department makes regular quality checks and machine maintenance. We have the best in class testing facility which ensures the product meets and exceeds customer specifications. Our marketing team interacts with customers and continuously give feedback to improve our quality and process.
Our management is closely involved with up gradation of machines and processes so that constant effort goes to strive and improve quality. You can just go through the video wherein person stands with shoes on the core but not even a slight of an impression on fins occurs. Also, Solder ingots and its percentage are critical which is ensured. It is made out of virgin lead and tin so no impurities of antimony is present which increases the life of core. Also, use of non-corrosive flux ensures there is no use of cyanide and hydro Chloride acid. So, our cores will never get green and absence of cyanide ensures better quality.
Our Finishing of Radiators process:
Finishing is of utmost importance to us. Even we do cutting oil washing to avoid corrosion and any water presence is eliminated in the dryer. Also, Cores are coated with non-corrosive oil. Header plate of soft temper and virgin make are used so over time problem of cracking does not take place. Accuracy in specifications is strictly followed in our organisation structure. Radiators are painted with heat dissipated paint and properly tested and handled at each stage. Brass Tanks of heavy gauge and brass pipes of heavy gauge are used. All Kits of perfect dimensions are used. We are in process and will shortly get ISO 9001-2015 Certification.
